In most cases, yes. Automation needs somewhere reliable to store data and trigger the right next steps. If your CRM is messy, we will usually recommend cleaning the structure before building workflows on top of it.

Usually, yes. We start by auditing the tools you already use and identifying what can be connected through native integrations, Zapier, Make or direct API work. We only recommend changing tools when the current setup is genuinely limiting.

AI is useful when it has a specific job: qualifying enquiries, summarising information, drafting responses, routing data or reducing repetitive admin. We do not recommend AI where a simple rule-based automation would be safer or more reliable.

No. The point is to remove the admin around sales so your team can spend more time on the conversations and judgement that actually need a human.

A focused workflow or integration can often be built in one to two weeks. Broader CRM or systems projects take longer and are scoped around the complexity of your tools, data and processes.
